ooh, solar panels!

so we're going to my brother's for chanukah on Sunday the 18th. probably just having a quiet moment to myself on yule, and i may or may not go with hubby to the inlaws for xmas.

my MIL told hubby about it being dinner (at actual dinner time), but my mom came up with the thought of having an afternoon meal, and that way i could go with. we'd have to feed the cats and leave early, but then we'd get home at not a crazy late kitty dinner time (like 10?). but if she's intent on having the meal at dinner time, hubby will go by himself (he doesn't mind all the driving), because he'd end up getting back really late (like 2?), so I'll feed the cats at a more normal kitty dinner time.
