so much argh.
we had a sewer line inspection ... last monday, i think it was.
and we failed.
but i feel like we knew this - we knew the sewer is what my dad would call ‘original equipment.’ it’s old. and i’m we’re totally on the hook to get it all fixed nice and pretty. which is NOT a piddly little amount.

we've had plumbers out to look at it, and there was a possibility of one type of fix, but apparently we have too many bellies/bulges in the pipes under the house.
so when it’s all done, we’ll also have to replace the flooring as well.
our best estimate is like $12K.
so we’re going to see about adding to our home equity loan, and when we asked our mortgage guy how that would affect the house we’re buying, he said he’d need to see the terms and payments, and see how that would affect the monthly ratios. but that’s after we get approved for yet another new amount. we just did this last year, too.
there’s also asking my mom, she said we could ask if we needed anything. and, just for giggles, i set up a gofundme, posted once on my facebook, and have raised exactly what i expected to. XD
so if anyone knows where to get like $25,000 that will never have to be paid back, let me know. XD
and on top of this all, i changed up my birth control pill last month that could take another 2 months for my body to sort itself out. so in the meantime, i’m feeling like a defective typewriter. *sigh*
