Trystan, Well, I'm glad over all it's going to be a change for the better. I get that too, the cost of living and just everything right now is ridiculous. The housing market is insane right now too. You can find some good deals but they can go super quick. There's a heck of difference in areas around here too. You could take like our house and just move it to the town over and it's be about 25-30% less for the same footage, acreage, bedrooms and so on. It's just crazy. I mean 'Location, location, location' but when we were looking for houses I got a taste of what that really meant and it just blew my mind. Along with really looking at different things like over all prices and sales tax prices and city and county taxes. The more you go down that rabbit hole the more it's like wtf.

I'm glad you were able to find a way to cut costs though and put yourselves in a better financial position!
