Den, I forgot about using noodles! One of the downsides of being Celiac, I guess. LOL

I mean, there was a point I was practically living off of ramen noodles because they were inexpensive, and they're basically a comfort food for me now, so noodles are always a staple of my diet. I get that they're not for everyone, though, and I know there's Celiac-friendly ones, but I'm too brain-fried atm (badly fractured sleep today due to dog having poop issues requiring me to be up every couple hours to take him on a walk to do his business) to look 'em up.
