It was pretty much required to make a Valentine for each classmate. But it was basically all before we turned about 12 years old and puberty hadn't really kicked in yet. You would basically just use a store bought set and put their name and not much else. Unless you're me and have a school crush and give him 2 and he lets others know about it.
