What is a bidet? o3o I'm guessing its a sinus/nose thinger..

I have this nasal spray bottle that you put warmed water and saline solution in that you spray up your nose and then you blow your nose.... then you switch nostrils and repeat. keep doing till bottle is empty. o3o
