It's good that she has support!
My mom looked like that also! She was actually unrecognizable after the blood started draining from her bump into her face. Like... I kid you not, she looked almost un-human.

Your grandmother might have blood drain down into her face as well. D:
My mom said she would look at herself in the mirror and cry because she looked nothing like herself. And we were worried that the bruises under her eyes would never go away. Thankfully, about six months later, her face is now the same as it was! <3

But it was a scary time for my mom, so I can imagine it's probably extra scary for your grandmother, especially since she's already struggling as it is. :(
