TW: Suicide/self-harm mention

I have passive suicidal ideation really bad when I don't have my meds. I especially have difficulty when driving because I could make it look like an accident. I also tend to pull out my hair and pinch myself until I have bruises so I probably won't be going off my meds any time soon. I've only recently gotten where I can take my meds without feeling any shame.

I used to love ham, but I'll be honest I just don't like it much anymore. The only way I really like it is slow cooked with lots of onion, garlic and beans.
