Uhh, it's a mess of a show. Many years ago it started off where MTV's Real World contestants faced off with the Road Rules contestants in challenges. But when Road Rules got cancelled, they brought in new people "Fresh Meat". Then Real World got cancelled, so it changed to reality people from other shows and now ones from other countries compete. One of the most compelling is a guy from Turkey who's name is Turbo. It's now on its 34th season and many of the same people compete throughout the years. You kind of grow up with them, which is part of the appeal.
