because I have that motherfucker MTHFR gene defect which means something along the lines of SSRIs and SNRIs being only half as effective as they should be, so I neglect to take special methylfolate supplements for that
something something folic acid
at least the MTHFR defect I have only cuts efficiency to 50%; one of my friends has the version that cuts it to 10%.
