Erebus and Nyx, of course, and by extension, Chaos, but his siblings include Thanatos, the Hesperides (I think?), Eris, and Hypnos.

The Hesperides are up for debate, but I think it's as reasonable a presumption as any of the other parentage theories. Everything else is correct!
