What happens every 60 seconds in Africa?
The rains get blessed
It's why they didn't have a problem with vampires and other creatures weak to holy water. Why have bitty vials blessed at a time when you just bless the water all around?
So them vampires and stuff, with Africa being so fully of holy rains, moved to medieval Europe where the holy was in bits and pieces and those relied on accuracy, unlike the rains in Africa
