i know exactly how close i am to a complete mental breakdown

i haven’t had a real weekend in a month

i haven’t slept well in weeks

i can no longer differentiate between intrusive thoughts and normal thoughts

nor can i remember what i was thinking just half a minute ago at times

i am tired
