I feel so accomplished. Finished 2 projects this weekend!

Just need to weave in yarn tails. And might stitch up part of the mermaid blanket (the pattern says to stitch about 10 inches at the bottom but above the fins) so it would have a foot pocket and look more like this:

(Thoughts on the sewing of the mermaid blanket? Should I or is it fine?)
