and perhaps some kind of screen changing coloring? :] Like one for the CRT head, where it's just blue with the word PLAY/STOP/REW in the corner? Or the color bar screen for test broadcasts? Or better, :D A screen coloration that's just black with the words "No Signal" in the center?

Not sure if anything I mentioned already exists, >.>; because I haven't been around for very long at all and know little item history..
