Ryan lifted him slightly, and tussled his hair. One thing was certain he was already fluffy. If he were any fluffier Ryan would have guess he was a bird. His ears amused him too but he didn’t press his luck trying to touch them. He might have dropped the boy. “Yes I am. I’m not sure where though…” Ryan became embarrassed “I forgot where I was suppose to go.” He grinned his tail swooshing slightly. “I found my ball in my pocket and the grass was calling. I figured.” He didn’t admit the rest of the sentence just in case this boy was trying to take his prime spot he found for himself.

His nose at last led him to a room flushed with white sterilizing every surface. He wrinkled his nose as he entered. It smelled like death and mints. He gently laid his cargo on a bed close to a window. He pets him on the head like his mother would when he was hurt as reassurance. “Are you staying on campus? I can make sure you things get to your room.”
