I've found a few varieties in stores, but had pretty good success making it on my own as well. All you need is some coarsly ground coffee, water, a couple pitchers or jars, and a fine mesh strainer. And/or cheesecloth. Or a large tea strainer. I have an iced tea pitcher that came with a large strainer capsule, which works perfectly for making cold brew in.
