Welcome to Tris. We have quite a few events over the course of the year, and we try to make regular common item releases (Usually on Tuesdays, sometimes Wednesdays, and occasionally Thursdays, but we try for Tuesday releases), and we also have an item request thread if you can't find the perfect item for a look. :)

Edit: And yes. Galla encourages us to make items to our hearts' content, and sometimes, some of the art team (*cough*Me*cough) tend to go overboard on designing items. but that makes Galla's job easier, 'cause the more items, the more commons we get. lol
