If you can move your fingers pretty well and the wrist pain is more of a throbbing pain than it is sharp and sudden, it's probably a bad sprain. Apply an ice pack to help reduce swelling and try not to use your wrist as much as possible, but if the pain and swelling don't go down in a day or two, you might have broken or fractured it and should probably at that point figure out a way to see a doctor.
