I mean, in truth, there was a lot more to it than just "I snapped at her", she was also at fault for confronting me in an verbally aggressive manner, which caused me to go on the defensive immediately. But I figure she already hates my guts, so it was best to just apologize and accept full blame. It won't make her like me, but lessens my chance of being fired for now.
