Is it possible to have the shoulder and waist armor bits alone without the scale cape fabric?

Lord of Lightning:
The wing spinning around the body, is it possible to make that item into a hair extension item that is slightly raised and put behind the avatar?

Invocation of Harmony:
Can the belted skirt be edited into pants like this?

Mantle of Magma:
Can the horns on the helmet be separated?
