CR staff doesn't look at the threads (mods are volunteers not staff so mods can't do anything about it).. Sending a Contact Us for something like that probably won't get looked at either... if it does, it would probably take a long time. it took like 2-3 weeks for my billing/change me to yearly thing to get answered and then it took them 3 months to actually change it over .. ._.

their support sucks.
