"I just wish that...once we knew who killed you, you could just come back and live with me," she said with a sigh. "Like, in my time. Alive. I've grown used to you in my life now Ben. It'd feel weird without you in it. Coming home to an empty house doesn't seem appealing. I liked knowing that you were floating about ready to have a conversation. Now that I can actually see, and hear your voice..." she stopped, knowing that if she kept going, she'd start crying harder.

She took a moment to compose herself "I don't know why I'm so emotional about all this. I guess sitting here and crying isn't getting us anywhere closer to finding out who your killer was. I'll stay here, and you can go find clothes for me." She said using the palm of her hand to wipe away her tears.

She looked up at Benjamin. In the flesh, he was much more...handsome. His chestnut colored hair, slightly wavy where it was long. His pristine and well-tailored clothing. His voice was smooth and masculine, but not too much so. Essentially, he was everything she ever desired in a boyfriend.

That was it...the more she learned about Benjamin, the more she liked him. She enjoyed his company even in ghost form because he was exactly what she wanted. Exactly what she could never find guys from her own time. She was sad, of him dying because...that definitely put to rest, (pun not intended) any possibility of them actually being together.
