Funnily enough I'm playing it right now. I don't have nearly as many hours in as you do though. Just around 39 hours. I think I chose the watery farm but I'll be honest I can't remember. Sebastian reminded me too much of my real life husband not to romance him (though I feel bad because he wants to leave the valley and if he stays with me he'll be stuck there...)
I hate the fishing system. So much.
