bundles are a special kind of item that you open to get a bunch of individual items at once

when you go to the avatar page, click through to your inventory, then the usable tab to see what bundles you have to open.

both bundles and rigs will appear there. bundles give you every item pictured in its previews (and sometimes something extra) while a rig won't have any outfits for you to see first and will give you an item at random.
