I love all of those types, but I tend to be biased towards painty, renaissance-like art, and anything with fine details. Solid grasp of anatomy aside, the style is usually accompanied by a detailed background, and holds a lot of subtle context. I think a lot of MMORPG game arts borrow techniques from that period (and baroque maybe), which makes the game art imply/carry an epic feeling of an untold tale.
