One of our wrimos is an amazingly fast typist. She's been known to get over 24K words in one day. I saw her do it and it was actually distracting hearing how fast the clicking was coming from her keyboard. XD

I can be an excruciatingly slow writer, yet in 2013 I had over 32K words on day 7. I've known people who actually wrote (without cheating) 50K on their first day. Fast typist, fast thinker, great outline and few breaks for 12 hours. Not anything I could do, but still possible.

And this whole idea about a life during NaNo - Let's just say my hubby is used to being a NaNo widow during November. :P
