Is she bad enough that she needs someone to manage her money? If so, perhaps you could be her conservator or guardian? (Not sure what it's called in your state. In mine, when you manage someone's money and affairs, you're their conservator, but if you manage everything in their life and they are totally incompetent, then you'd be there guardian.
