Yeah we don't celebrate Halloween much where I live either (India) except for maybe the odd apartment complex with a high population of tweens-and-below. But it's always very lowkey and just something to humour the kids.
I don't care though. Once I'm making my own money I'm wearing gothic lolita and trick or treating on Halloween. .png "Furball Wants")
