I'm not entirely sure "why". They just constantly make noise complaints against us even though we literally don't do anything.

The rule is no "excessive" noise after 10. We make like 1 sound and they remember to complain the next day. Like....my SO was playing with our cat and the other one came and tried to grab the toy and slammed into the door. They complained about that -.-
