Nepha's metal face contorted for a moment, skeletal features twisting and making a frail imitation of a frown. The woman's stammering was agitating. The common kind of talk among the lower classes. Het the woman said she was a medical professional. Extending a finger and letting the bladed talons whistle in the air, the mechanical woman pressing a now dormant talon right into the tip of the woman's nose, and flicked downwards to draw a bit of blood. "The doctor cries and stammers. That is not a good sign of someone who sees the insides of people regularly. Perhaps you should adorn my clothing as well..." Nepha hummed aloud, bringing her face in as close to Marie.
Green flickers scanned Marie, and the doctor could see it. The very last twinges of humanity that dwindled like a flickering candle on its last legs. They darted slowly back and forth, a realism near-impossible with any animatronical robot. Even cybernetic eyes for humans and their ilk were not so advanced. "I...Need someone to dig in my insides. Show me the vestiges of organic life that are left. I need..." Nepha paused, lowering her posture and clasping two steel hands to her face, a monotone, mechanical wail bellowing out of her. "I need to remember and know I'm me!" The woman roared, light seeping out from the cracks of metal hands as her green eyes lit up in fury.
The brief moment of rage subsided, and Nepha locked back on Marie. "So help me. Now. Or join the fate of the rest of your vessel...."
