i do usually pepperoni, applewood smoked bacon, black olives (only because most places don't have green olives) with a good white sauce. not a fan of tomatoes in general, but also don't like garlic...which most white sauces have chunks of garlic in them >__<

best pizza i've ever had was from this little italian run shop that was just down the street from where my lynxie-boo and i lived in west virginia. they did their white sauce with ricotta cheese. it was to die for xD and they were open until like 3am too because it was a college town filled with bars....so it was naturally good for business to be open until after last call LOL!

second best pizza i've had was here. there's a locally owned place that allows you to pick whatever you want a la "subway" style and then they bake it in a fire-oven. obviously i'm not vegan, but they make their own vegan sausage that is amazing! i usually do pepperoni, black olives, bacon, vegan sausage, various cheeses, and walnuts. omg...adding walnuts and having them fire-roasted...*puts a bucket under chin for all the drool* xD the same people run the best burger joint in town too, which is right around the corner from the pizza place. wouldn't be surprised if somehow the restaurants were connected in the back xD the burger place was actually featured on food network's dive-in, drive-ins, and dives a few years ago. amazing grass-fed angus beef, locally sourced of course and i think they either make their own buns or they get them from a local bakery.
