Off topic, apparently clam shells lose their dark purple luster when cleaned with dish soap. Or maybe it's because they've been on my shelf for a while. Well poo. I'll have to fetch more when I see my doc at the end of the month. Annoying to have a doctor that's several municipalities away, but she's right in this lovely cove.
