Though Most cats stop growing after 1 year (unless they're from the bigger breeds like Ragdoll, Maincoon and so on) If she's 2 years old, then she shouldn't have grown like she did. She was pretty small when I got her, everyone around me would say she looked to be 6-7 months old.. And since females tend to start their first heat cycles at 4-5 months old, it's not surprising she went into heat in december if she really was 6-7 months old.

Ahh i want a second opinion on her age >o< Cause if she WAS 6-7 months old back in november, that would make her about 1 year 3-4 months old now... and would put her birthdate around April/May of 2016 not June of 2015.. and she did seem to stop growing around March/April of this year... which would make that the 1 year growth stop for average sized cats..

-head spins- i need more money.. i want a second opinion.. second opinions require monies ;-;
You're probably right that she has some Turkish Angora ancestry, but you can't count her as that breed unless you have a pedigree and she fits ALL of the characteristics.

It could be that your kitty grew slower, especially if it spent a good chunk of its life malnourished from living as a stray. And it could be that December was her third or fourth heat cycle.

Ultimately it doesn't _really_ matter. It's not worth stressing over it.
