Pain at the end of the day could be a tip off that it's muscular, and caused by tension and wear throughout the day. That's why my doctor suggested I try to address mine with physio. Mine were almost exclusively towards the evening. Waking up with migraines and neck pain is another matter.

It's really random when the pain starts, but lately, I've been either waking up with the headache or it's started late in the evening. I might pay my chiropractor a visit on Monday, just to see if that helps. I'm just glad I'm not getting neck pain currently. Twelve years ago, I had whiplash injuries, and seven years ago, aggravated it somehow while I was asleep, so I'm always on alert for a relapse, because neck spasms are pretty much crippling for me. I can barely move, and daily duties are all but impossible. I can barely drive, which means I have to either get a ride from my housemates, or wait it out.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.
