Interestingly, cross dressing in movies goes back as far as at least 1913, where an officer pretends to be a female cook so he can spend more time with a young woman. The Little House in Kolomna is a black and white Russian silent film based on a poem by Alexander Pushkin. The first full feature length films with a men dressed as a woman would appear somewhere in the 1940s, and for a more popular example, Some Like It Hot premiered roughly one year before Psycho.
Now that "Learn something new every day" time has passed... what answer do you guess?
