Time Lord, actually. i think someone had an item from it that i liked, so i put it on my list. then last month i randomly got it as a gift, and promptly couldn't remember why i'd actually wanted it....

same kinda with Spellbound (which i got back in november), but i found the crystal ball that i now have in that one, so that works out. it could have been the spellbook, too, i don't remember.

but i think the reason i have Silvary's Signature Weapon on my LTB list now is there was a pen sword or staff in that that i liked. in fact, i think you had it, Glitch. i could be wrong though... XD
