Nah it's a Unicorn pegasus bear. Pegasus wings, Unicorn horn and the rest is cuddly teddy bear. but all short fur like a horse.

and its something silly i made with leftover cloth to test my sewing/plushie abilities so i could make stuff for my kiddos. it sits like a teddy bear.
