Lighting: Light Blue
Water: Dark Blue
Shadow: Purple
Fire: Orange
Light: Yellow
Wind: Light Green
Nature: Dark Green
Plague: Red
Earth: Brown
Ice: White(ish)

You can rent nests (send dragons over to someone of that flight) but its just as risky as asking people for baby sits so just ask people you know..
