I wasn't sure it was truly holo at the store, but I figured if I got it and it wasn't, it was still pretty and sparkly... So now that's three awesome polishes/topcoats I've found at the dollar store. I've got a quick dry topcoat, my one-coat-wonder black polish, and my scattered holo polish.

The brand of the polishes: LA Colors for the topcoat, Broadway Colors for the one-coat-wonder black, and Wet 'N Wild for the holo polish. :3
