for full disclosure, it's generally easier to use the ripped bod to create the torso all in one go, but it's handy to have the chest+belly look if you want to be a bit softer, or if you like the additional scars that the seams create. i would also suggest looking at the parts of the adam set that you're missing if you ever want a more torn up look, as the eyes and alternative feet are especially good for that.
