Trading linearts for items, one for one. Only exception is I'm uninterested in the free items you can get when you join, but everything else is fair game. I don't care if I get extras, I know I'll have something else to do with them.

By default, I tend to do work in roughly 500px x 500px size (one dimension may be smaller depending on shape), because it's pretty signature friendly on most sites. If you need a different size, even after you've had something made, just let me know. It won't take but a second to have it in another size for you, and it will still be the same quality as the first.
