[gremlin]

I've recently been attending a lot of concerts and I want to share some experiences on here. I figured some other users may be interested in doing the same so I created this thread.

Share one bad and one good experience, if you want to!


Bad experience

This is going to sound so mean but I went to see Amon Amarth with my partner last year and it was the worst concert that I've been to. This concert actually made me like the band less. I'll still listen to them but I'd never go to another show. Their performance lacked energy and I actually got a headache after a hour. The crowd was awful, way too rough and inconsiderate. I get that there's always the possibility of running into unpleasant people at an event but this was the entire crowd. I had a guy elbow me in the side in the mosh pit and when I tried to leave the most pit I was grabbed back into it or pushed back into it by men twice my size and age. Once I got out I had a couple men try to hit on me who scurried off when I told them to fuck off. I didn't understand why the crowd just felt so awful and I was so thankful to leave.

Good Experience

One of the best concerts that I have ever been to was Napalm Death. Everyone was really nice and it was insanely fun. I crowdsurfed a few times and moshed all night. A photographer took a photo of me crowdsurfing!!! And when I was moshing and lost my glasses some guys stopped everyone else and they helped me find them! I couldn't believe how great the crowd was. Since then I've gone to a bunch of other shows but this is still one of my top five concerts.
