Aizen has a GIGANTIC pool of available subs. I'm running Summer Pandora - Eschamali - Lumiel - Christmas Haku, and I swap out Lumiel for Zuoh if I need an all-attributes team. About the only thing you CAN'T run with Aizen is rows.

But yeah... the meta does look like it's going to be a problem. Aizen singlehandedly jumped me from "I'm struggling with some descends" to "oh, I just one-shotted the entire Noah Dragon dungeon and coasted through Machine Hera and Machine Zeus".
