Nooo. The ice wouldn't be good. Because my reaction to fever is to feel frozen. I've been having periods of feeling like I'm freezing, with the head ringings and the tripping out, interspersed with periods of sweating like a waterfall. Oh, and dangerous sneezes and coughs.

But my brother brought me Halls today, and since I started taking them I've been able to sleep better, though still just in one hour sessions. I've also had some Runa and some Vitamin Water, and lots of plain water and chips. The chips are because cooking isn't fun right now.
