Click "Settings" at the top, right next to the logout.

Then click "profile privacy" which is the second link of the sidebar which you'll see.

Then look at the "Visitor Messages: " which is the third one down and you probably have it set to something that's restricted.

If that doesn't do it, then I don't know :x
