Granted, but only one out of a million of the money trees seeds are viable, and the trees' roots are extremely susceptible to a tree fungus that destroys them and hence the tree itself. Also, now that money /does/ grow on trees, the seeds and saplings have become one of the most closely-guarded treasures of world governments.
