That is understandable. We haven't had an inspection yet so if we do, no idea what we would do. My mom lives in Wisconsin so it's a bit too far to drop them off for a day. I hope we never have one. And considering where we live, we might not. Seems to be a big delayed on doing anything fixable here. Unless it's heat related, then they come right away.
