Kellan wrapped his arms around Jei and smiled down at him.

Jackets touching, Kellan felt the breeze swirling lightly. The sun was still up and warming them. He wouldn't have minded staying that way all day, though he knew he'd be drawn to his duties as the eldest son eventually. Kellan pushed the thoughts out of his mind and watched as Jei closed his eyes.

"Mmmhmm." Kellan voiced softly, "I'll be here, go to sleep."
