Related to whether or not something is a stop, is a lot of research or thought put into it? I remember seeing on the news when a stop or gym was outside a known Hell Angel's club house. I think it's been removed, but I was a little shocked to see that a particular strip club was a stop. I mean, I think it might have some historical significance to the city iirc, but still...

One the other hand, we are talking downtown and I can't say that I see all that many school age kids wandering about there.
